Trophy Score is built on a simple principle: your trophies are your business. We do not collect, sell, share, or even have access to your data. This policy explains exactly what that means.
Nothing. Trophy Score has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not operate servers that receive your data, and no third-party software development kits are embedded in the app.
Everything you enter — trophy measurements, scores, photos, hunt details, and notes — is stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, the app also stores this data in your private iCloud database so it syncs across your own devices. That private database belongs to your Apple account: it is encrypted and managed by Apple, and La Perla Ranch has no ability to view, retrieve, or use anything in it.
Trophy Score asks permission to use the camera or photo library only when you choose to attach a photo to a trophy, and permission for your location only when you choose to tag where a trophy was taken. These are used solely to add that content to your own records, stored as described above. You can decline or revoke any of these permissions in iOS Settings at any time, and every feature of the app continues to work.
Trophy Score is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
Deleting a trophy removes it from your device and from your private iCloud database. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data; iCloud copies can be managed or removed in iOS Settings under your Apple account's iCloud storage.
Trophy Score is not directed at children under 13, and because the app collects no data from anyone, no personal information is collected from children.
If a future version of the app ever changes how data is handled, this page will be updated and the effective date revised before that version is released.
